Whilst Christmas is well and truly over, you may be feeling distressed and disconnected from your children as a result of not seeing them. Your children may have been away for an extended period, difficult to get in touch with or you may be dealing with an estranged spouse who is unreasonable. For this reason, it is important that in the lead up to holiday periods, you have in place parenting arrangements that will protect your relationship and time with your children.
